This month we have signed up to the Crimson Hexagon online listening platform. The new platform will allow us to deliver deeper social and digital insights for current clients, helping to shape our strategy and creative. The ability to manually train the tool through intuitive human interaction results in more purposeful results, over and above some of the more traditional search-string based tools. Johnnie Campbell, who runs that platform within the Planning team said ‘this platform is a dream for planning as it enables us to derive new deeper insights that will inform strategy and solutions. Rather than using online listening to pat ourselves on the back for a campaign well done, we can use this vast amount of data for more accurate research as part of our overall planning function.’ The platform is being applied on an ongoing basis across all clients as well as being used for specific proactive research.
