We're off the Austin, Texas for SXSW 2012 !


Gravity Thinking have been selected to be part of only 40 companies to be part of the UKTI trade mission to attend SXSW Interactive in March 2012. The mission offers a unique opportunity for UK digital firms to meet the broadest possible audience from the US digital industry, and from across the Globe.

For those not familiar with South by Southwest (SXSW) it is a 10 day conference with 3 focus areas around film, interactive and music festivals that take place every spring. With over 20,000 attending the interactive part of the festival alone it is not the largest gathering of its kind in the World.


Over the past 4 years, the UKTI have run 9 missions have helped over 150 companies expand internationally, understand foreign markets, attract investment, find partners and develop business relationships and we are honoured to be associated with them.

The packed week includes a Masterclass on Doing Business in the US, a Breakfast Roundtable, the Great British Breakfast, networking with international media, investors and US companies as well as the SXSW Interactive Trade Show and more.

Gravity Thinking shortlisted for MAA Break Through Agency Award

Gravity Thinking have been shortlisted in the MAA Awards for Break Through Agency of the Year. The award rewards those agencies who have made an impact within the industry early in their lifecycle. Gravity Thinking, who have been in business for 3 years now, have been shortlisted based on the social media IP that they have created working with partners on the West Coast of America, the client base that has been developed including some of the worlds and UKs leading brands (Philips, Specialized Bikes, Heineken UK) and the steady growth that they have achieved in what have proven to be tough trading conditions. Gravity Appointed to manage Specialized UK's 2012 Facebook presence

Specialized, the biggest bike brand in the World, have appointed Gravity Thinking to manage and grow their UK Facebook presence throughout 2012 and beyond. Following a successful launch of their Globe Facebook page, supporting their utility bike range, and development of a commuter focused website (www.cyclingcommuter.com) Gravity’s remit will cover the entire Specialized range of mountain, road and multi-use bikes and will focus on growing the community using the multitude of existing and new content to include races, demo days, dealers, concept stores and charity connections.

Gravity win pitch for Lodge Brothers Pre Paid Funeral Plans Digital Activity

Gravity have won a pitch to assist Lodge Brothers, a successful independent funeral directors, to develop and launch their pre paid funeral plans. The initial task is the development of a website and digital strategy which will be followed by an activation campaign.

Philips appoint Gravity to Manscaping Social Task


Philips have appointed Gravity Thinking to handle social media outreach for their 'The Manscape is Changing' campaign.

The outreach will be using social intelligence to create a targeted list of centres of influence within fashion and design categories. Live October 2011.

Gravity picks up Fidelio brief from Philips


Gravity are developing the Philips Fidelio brands first network application to engage users within Facebook. The app is due to launch in November 2011.
