Gravity Thinking has been appointed to handle the planning and strategy of a community based programme for a financial services company. The project is firmly under wraps at this time however it represents an interesting direction for the financial sector and their use of social media to engage customers. Andrew Roberts Managing Partner at Gravity Thinking said 'this is a great leap forward for financial services and this client specifically as they've been cautious to engage customers via social media. We're looking forward to helping our client lead the way and provide direction for other financial companies'. The project kicks off this month (April 2012).
