Gravity Thinking have been commissioned by Acco Brands to undertake a social media landscape review for their range of shredders which includes the Swingline range. The review includes an assessment of the volume, sentiment, location, content and type of conversations taking place across blogs, websites, social networks, communities and reviews. In particular the focus is on the thorny issue of identity theft where shredding plays an integral part in prevention of this worryingly growing trend. The report will present short and long term strategies for messaging, channel selection and targeting which are currently under consideration for part of the 2011 planning.
